General Manager
Amherst & Yarmouth
Andrew
Andrew began his property management career in Yarmouth in 2010. In 2015, he expanded to Amherst, Nova Scotia, and has since grown Northumberland Properties to over 200 rental units. Outside the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his daughter and can often be found at the playground or out walking his two dogs, Ellie and Luna.

Jennifer
Jennifer joined the Northumberland Properties team in August 2022 and serves as our Rental Operations Manager. A lifelong Amherstonian, she is dedicated to helping ensure our properties and daily operations run smoothly. Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found paddling on the Tidnish River.

Sonya
Sonya joined the Northumberland Properties team in the spring of 2011. She began mowing lawns and, after stepping into the Superintendent role in 2015, now oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including painting, cleaning, maintenance, and property operations. Outside of work, Sonya enjoys spending time in the woods, kayaking on the lake, and being with her family.

Alan joined the Northumberland Properties team in May 2019 as our Property & Grounds Keeper. He enjoys being part of a team dedicated to maintaining our properties and serving our tenants. Outside the office, Alan enjoys spending time with his family and can often be found hiking, camping, or fishing.

Greg joined the Northumberland Properties team in 2025 as a member of our Property & Groundskeeping team. He helps maintain our properties to ensure they remain clean, well-maintained, and welcoming for our tenants. Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with family and making the most of the outdoors.

Chad joined the Northumberland Properties team in April 2019 as our Property & Groundskeeper in Yarmouth. A graduate of the NSCC Plumbing program in 2016, he brings experience in the plumbing and heating trade to the team. Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, son, dog, and family and friends.

Riley is one of our summer students at Northumberland Properties and works as part of our Grounds Crew. He helps with a variety of tasks to keep our properties clean, well-maintained, and welcoming for our tenants. Outside of work, Riley enjoys spending time outdoors and with family and friends.

Jazz joined the Northumberland Properties team in 2025 as our first Carpenter. In this role, he helps complete a variety of construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across our properties. Outside of work, Jazz enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Tanya joined the Northumberland Properties team in October 2018 and serves as our Customer Service & Administrative Assistant. After completing the Office Administration program at NBCC Moncton, she brought her skills from neighboring Sackville to our team. Outside the office, Tanya enjoys staying active at the gym and spending quality time with her family.
