Our story

Our difference? We design, build, and manage all our properties ourselves. We understand the needs of renters like you. That is why we build communities that offer a variety of options in rental rates, size and design. We are small town folks and we understand the need for high-quality, affordable rental options in rural areas.

Our team.
We are all here to help you.
