We have four buildings located in the area at the top of Argyle St and Ellis Road where we offer two different styles of apartments for seniors looking to downsize.

We have our one bedroom Suites and our two bedroom Suites. All of these apartments are one-level with a walk-in shower, meaning you won’t have to worry about stairs or getting in and out of a bathtub. They also all come equipped with a Mini-split heat pump, which will keep the apartment warm in the winter and offer air conditioning in the summer.

Both of our 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom suites come with 5 appliances – fridge, stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer. We also look after all the snow removal, lawn care and general maintenance.
