Marsh View Estates, is Northumberland Properties first subdivision in Amherst. Our first building was constructed in 2014, and since then we have built 16 buildings in total. Marsh View Estates is located on Mallard Drive, off Derby St, and provides you with the feel and quiet of country living, while still living in town. We also take care of all the snow removal, lawn care and general maintenance. We are available during regular office hours to handle any concerns, and we have 24/7 after-hours coverage.
